Refunds
This shop is a handmade-to-order business. This is slow fashion. Due to the time it takes to custom make everyone’s garments, we do not offer refund, returns, or exchanges.

Exchanges
READY TO SHIP items will be considered for exchange of STORE CREDIT only on a case by case basis.
In order to be approved the following is a must:
- contact shop with in 5 days of receipt of product and mailed back with in 5 days of approval to exchange
- garments must be unworn
- no trace of perfumes or body oils
- exchanges will be denied if garments are returned stretched out. consult size guide
Cat O’ Nine does not provide a return shipping label for Ready-To-Ship exchanges
International Returns
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns/exchanges returning back to Cat O’ Nine. International customers interested in a return for a store credit exchange must cover return shipping costs. Cat O’ Nine is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by Shipping carrier will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label
